Sales Coordinator - Grand Chemical Far East Ltd.

• Handling the documentation tasks such as quotations, PR, sales contracts, product information documents, etc.

• Well communication with the related parties, internal and external organizations

• Provide and arrange documents/reports needed by Sales Team

• Perform the assignment as per the request from Sales Manager and Management

• Other tasks assigned

• Experience in sales coordinating / administrative work would be an advantage

• Good analytical skill, logically thinking and be able to catch up job quickly

• Flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels including management

• Good command in English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Good command in MS office and other programs necessary for paperwork, CANVA, etc.

• Detail oriented, open-minded, highly motivated individual with positive energy

• Able to work flexible hours

• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
