Responsibilities
- Check and control accuracy of details on import/ export invoice.
- Check and control accuracy of AWB/BL, import entry, export entry, shipping mark, etc.
- Fast-response/coordinate with couriers, freight forwarders to finish all tasks on time
- Check and control accuracy of all amount in billing from courier, freight forwarders
- Control operation of import and export throughout the process from the origin to the destination
- Control and maintain department's KPI which is focused on “On-time and in-full delivery”
- Report and summarize data of import/export shipments or other assigned jobs from supervisor
- Actively involve and follow up in corrective actions/ solutions (Process Audits, ISO Audits etc.)
Qualifications
- Male or Female, no age limit
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Welcome new graduates)
- 0-3 years experiences in import - export, BOI for manufacturing companies will be advantage.
- Strong communication and coordinating skills
- Ability to negotiate in the company best interests
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is preferred)
- Good English communication (English with TOEIC will be advantage)
