Responsibilities
- สั่งซื้อวัสดุ-อุปกรณ์ สำหรับการดำเนินงานของบริษัท ฯ ตาม PR
- ออก PO และจัดพิมพ์ตามใบขอเสนอซื้อ,คีย์ข้อมูลส่งหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ และติดตามเอกสาร
- จัดทำเอกสารบัญชี,ใบสำคัยจ่ายเช็ค,เช็คเร่งด่วน
- ประสานงาน,ชี้แจง,รับและตอบปัญหาของ User ทุกคนในองค์กร
- ติดตามสินค้าจากร้านค้า เมื่อสินค้าขาดส่ง
- รายงานผลการดำเนินการต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาทุกระยะ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. / อนุปริญญา / ปริญญาตรี สายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านก่อสร้าง, คุมหน้างานติดตั้งต่างๆ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี Excel
- สามารถทํางานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ ได้ (จันทร์-ศุกร์ 8.00 - 17.00 น.) และ (เสาร์ 8.00 - 12.00 น.)
