Time Attendance Specialist (English Speaking) - MINTH ASIA PACIFIC CO., LTD.

Manage employee attendance records and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate onboarding process, including new hire orientation and training and system opening
Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Social Security Office, Labor Department) for HR-related matters.
Coordinate with insurance providers for group insurance administration.
Support employee engagement and company culture activities.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Flexible, proactive, and well-organized.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
