Responsibilities
-Control painting process
-Improve painting process
-Troubleshooting about painting
-New model implementation
- Pursuing component and process approval for all aspects of paint components production and assembly.
-Developing and implementing procedures which achieve the company's target of Safety, Efficiency, Quality and Cost effectiveness.
-Quantifying control parameters and developing training methods for the Departments workforce.
-Evaluating and selecting manufacturing equipment and creating company schedules.
-Problem Solving. Investigating concerns with Procedures, materials and Equipment resulting in the clear identification of concern and understanding of root cause. Produce concise reports.
-Implementing Design Procedures: Interpreting Design change request and reviewing drawings before planning and overseeing implementation.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
-At least 5 years' experience in Production Engineering. (Painting process will be advantage.)
-Enthusiastic with proactive attitude.
-Leadership Skill, Process Management, Interpersonal Skill.
-Strong in engineering skill.
-Advance level in English communication skills.
-Able to operate computer: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Outlook)
-Need exp. in automotive field
