Responsibilities
1.Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
2.Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
3.Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
4.Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
5.Schedule shift according to production needs
6.Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time
7.Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
8.Prepare and submit status and performance reports
9.Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, statistics or relate filed
• Good command in English / Chinese
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal
• Has Computer Skills including Ms Excel Word, Power point and SAP system
