Responsibilities
1.Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.
2.Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies, customer and inventory.
3.Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
4.Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
5.Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
6.Participating in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or economic
- At least 3-5 years experience in the field of accounting / Finance
- Good command in English / Chinese
- Knowledge in taxation skills
- knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Knowledge of financial regulations and financial software
- Knowledge of financial regulations for trading on various platforms
- Good interpersonal
- Strong analytical and planning skills
