Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage all activities related to international shipments.
2. Prepare and review export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, etc.).
3. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Incoterms, HS codes, and export controls.
4. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to schedule and track shipments.
5.Monitor export shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
6.Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare monthly reports.
7. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to meet customer requirements.
8. Provide support for audits and government inspections as needed.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in international business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
3.Good knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and customs regulations.
4.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
5.Strong communication and coordination skills.
6.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
7.Proficient in English
