Responsibilities
1 Assist translate during meeting or document (Thai - Chinese or Chinese - Thai)and Others as assignment
2 Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events
3 Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
4 Handles expenses and billing cyclesManages staff expense requests and Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
5 Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
6 Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
7Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requestsPhotocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree
2.Have 1 year experience as a translator.
3.Good command to Thai and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
4.High level of integrity and proactive.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6.Good organizational and time-management skills.
7.Be data sensitive and pay attention to detail.
8.Good manner and strong interpersonal skills.
