Responsibilities
1、Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
2、Determine quality metrics for manufacturing procedures.
3、Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
4、Identify the root causes of technical issues and recommend fixes.
5、Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
6、Set and track quality assurance goals.
7、Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving product quality.
8、Collaborate with relevant teams and departments to improve products.
9、Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality.
10、Improve product quality by making recommendations for changes.
11、Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
12、Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
13、Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
2、Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within the automotive parts industry.
3、Good command in English or Chinese，Good communications and presentation skills
4、Familiarity with statistical analysis
5、Familiarity with statistical analysis -In-depth understanding of technical documentation，Mathematical arithmetic skills
6、Strong for quality tool of IATF 16949, 7 QC Tools, CMM
7、Understand customer requirement and claim, Standard Procedure, QC tools, Analysis methods, etc" High proficiency in
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills”
