Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1、Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
2、Lead and support recruitment team
3、Develop and execute hiring strategies
4、Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
5、Utilize multiple channels to attract candidates (job boards, social media, agencies)
6、Improve recruitment processes and efficiency
7、Maintain and analyze recruitment data and reports
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above
2、5 years of recruitment experience, with team management experience preferred
3、Strong communication and coordination skills
4、Familiar with recruitment tools and channels
5、Good command of Chinese , English is a plus .
