Responsibilities
1、Coordination of import and export customs clearance
A. Coordinate the company's related import and export affairs, including the declaration and customs clearance of goods for import and export.
B. Effectively connect and communicate with government departments to ensure the compliance of import and export.
C. Handle unexpected situations during the import and export process to ensure the smooth operation.
2、Processing Trade Management
A. BOI Consultation and Work
Understand Thailand's investment environment and BOI preferential and beneficial policies and Assist companies in selecting the appropriate investment industry, location, and applicable BOI category，ability to provide solutions in BOI related questions regarding tax breaks, visas, land ownership, etc.
B. Review and submission of application materials
Proficient in preparing BOI application documents (e.g. business plan, financial statements, project feasibility study, etc.) and review application materials for completeness and compliance and able to submit applications to BOI on behalf of the company and follow up on the progress of approvals.
C. Government Coordination and Communication
Maintain good relations with government departments such as BOI,Tax Department, Ministry of Industry, Immigration Department, etc and assist in resolving administrative or legal issues during the investment process.Participate in BOI-related conferences, seminars and investment promotion activities.
3、Logistics Cost Control
Verify logistics expenses and optimize shipping solutions to reduce costs.
4、Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Resolve issues (e.g., inspections, returns) and provide solutions.
5、HS Code Classification
Accurately classify products under correct HS codes based on customs regulations and product specifications.
Maintain and update HS code database to ensure alignment with latest customs requirements.
Provide HS code classification guidance to relevant departments to support smooth customs clearance.
6、Compliance & Policy Implementation
Stay updated on customs regulations and ensure company compliance.
Assist in customs audits and provide required documentation.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field
2、Minimum 3 years of customs management experience
3、Good verbal and written communication skills in English
4、Knowledge of latest customs policies and compliance requirements
Customs Professional Certification preferred
HS Code Classification Certificate is a plus
5、Meticulous in documentation with strong compliance awareness
Good sense for systematic thinking and global thinking, be meticulous and considerate for work;
Takes initiative to optimize processes and meet deadlines
6、Good global organizing, coordination, optional solutions providing and problem solving ability;
