Responsibilities
- ถอดแบบและประเมินราคา : อ่านและตีความแบบตกแต่งภายในเพื่อคำนวณปริมาณวัสดุ พื้นที่ใช้สอย และรายการอื่นๆ เพื่อทำเอกสาร BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- จัดทำรายการวัสดุ (Material List) : ประสานงานกับดีไซเนอร์และฝ่ายจัดซื้อ เพื่อระบุสเปกและหาราคากลางของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ไม่รวมงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์
- ควบคุมงบประมาณ : เสนอแนวทางปรับลดหรือปรับเปลี่ยนสเปกวัสดุเพื่อให้งบประมาณรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดและคุ้มค่าที่สุด
- ประสานงานโครงการ: ชี้แจงรายละเอียดขอบเขตงาน (Scope) และราคาให้กับทีม Project Manager (PM) และช่างหน้างาน เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาการเบิกจ่ายเกินจริงและการทำงานผิดพลาด
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา: วุฒิ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน (Interior Design), สถาปัตยกรรมภายใน, วิศวกรรมโยธา หรือการจัดการงานก่อสร้าง
- มีความเข้าใจในงานระบบของอาคารสำนักงาน : ต้องมีความรู้ลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการทำงานของงานระบบ-ไฟฟ้า-แสงสว่าง-ระบบปรับอากาศ- Built-in เป็นต้น
- สามารถอ่านและถอดแบบแปลน : สามารถดูแบบ 2D และ 3D จากดีไซเนอร์แล้วแยกแยะปริมาณวัสดุ พื้นที่ผิว (ตารางเมตร) และความยาว (เมตร) ได้อย่างแม่นยำ
- การใช้โปรแกรมเฉพาะทาง: สามารถใช้ AutoCAD หรือ SketchUp เพื่อเปิดเช็คระยะในแบบ
- มีทักษะการคำนวณและทำ BOQ : สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ในการผูกสูตรคำนวณตัวเลขและจัดทำบัญชีแสดงปริมาณวัสดุและราคา (BOQ) ได้เป็นอย่าง
- ความละเอียดรอบคอบสูงมาก
- สามารรถการสื่อสารและเจราจา ประสานงานร่วมกับดีไซเนอร์และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- การทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน : งานประเมินราคอมักจะมีกำหนดเวลาที่จำกัด (Deadline) โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่ต้องเร่งส่งเอกสารประมูลงาน
