Responsibilities
- บริหารทีม Sale Area
- บริหารจัดการความเรียบร้อยหน้าร้านแต่ละสาขา และดูแล PC ตามสาขาต่างๆ
- คัดเลือก สอนงาน ควบคุม และตรวจสอบการทํางานของ PC
- วางแผนการตลาดให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละสาขา
- บริหาร และผลักดันยอดขายของร้านที่รับผิดชอบให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายในแต่ละเดือน
- ดูแลเรื่องรายละเอียดสินค้า โปรโมชั่นให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
Qualifications
- อายุ 25-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว พร้อมใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารทีมและการดูแลทีมมา 3 ปีขึ้นไป เช่น ทีม Sale Area, PC
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหา กล้าตัดสินใจ และมีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำค่อนข้างสูง
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การขาย และประสานงานได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี บุคลิกภาพดี รอบคอบ และมีความอดทน
