Responsibilities
- วางแผนความต้องการสินค้าและปริมาณการสั่งซื้อให้สอดคล้องกับยอดขายและแผนธุรกิจ
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขายและจัดทำ Forecast เพื่อวางแผน Demand & Supply ของสินค้า
- บริหารและควบคุมสินค้าคงเหลือให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสม ลดปัญหา Out of Stock และ Overstock
- วิเคราะห์และบริหาร Aging Stock, Slow-moving Stock และสินค้าที่มีความเสี่ยงคงค้าง
- วางแผนการเติมและกระจายสินค้าไปยังช่องทางจำหน่ายต่าง ๆ
- วางแผนสินค้าใหม่ ตั้งแต่ Initial Stock, Product Launch จนถึงการบริหารสินค้า End of Life
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน Inventory, Stock Turnover, Sell-through และ Forecast Accuracy พร้อมจัดทำรายงาน
- ประสานงานกับทีม Product, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse และ Logistics เพื่อให้สินค้าพร้อมจำหน่ายตามแผน
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและเสนอแนวทางพัฒนากระบวนการ Supply Chain และ Inventory ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และห่วงโซ่อุปทาน สถิติ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Product Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management หรือ Supply Chain Operations อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Retail, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, E-Commerce หรือธุรกิจที่มีสินค้าหลากหลาย SKU จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้าน Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี เช่น Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS
- หากสามารถใช้ Power BI, ERP, หรือระบบ Supply Chain Management จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน และการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถประสานงานกับหลายหน่วยงาน และบริหารจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี
