Plan and Oversee Heavy Machinery Maintenance

•     Inspect and plan maintenance work for gear systems, pumps, hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and related components.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues with heavy machinery and its components.
• Ensure all relevant equipment and systems are operational and meet industry standards.

Support Maintenance Teams

• Provide technical guidance to the maintenance team, focusing on system and component-level troubleshooting.
• Enhance team knowledge and skills related to gear systems, hydraulics, lubrication systems, and associated components.

Analysis and Process Improvement

• Analyze maintenance data to improve machinery and system component performance.
• Propose improvements to maintenance systems and procedures.

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to workplace safety regulations strictly.
• Inspect and report workplace conditions to ensure a safe working environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, including component-level work.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with gear systems, hydraulics, lubrication systems, and associated components.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
