Responsibilities
1.Knowledge of pharmaceutical science in pharmaceutics or industrial pharmacy program to develop formulations of tablets, capsules, creams, powders, liquids, sterile products and dietary supplements including developing new methods to improve existing products by addressing customer complaints
2.Knowledge of quality by design (QbD) to identify Critical Process Parameters (CPP) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA) of the products, optimize the manufacturing process, resolve problems which may occur during experimental and scale-up period and co-ordinate with production and validation team to conduct validation batches in production
3.Oversee the research and development of product formulations to comply with the Drug Regulatory Affairs for registration requirements, co-ordinate and support the regulatory team in achieving product formulation registration
4.Co-ordinate with procurement department to source and review specifications of raw materials and packaging used in formulation development
5.Planned, administered and reviewed research and development activities of the organization
Encourage creativity and skill up to subordinates in R&D team
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical sciences
2.Minimum 5 years of working experiences in R&D

What you will do
