Export Sales Coordinator - Majorette Thailand Co., Ltd.

• Contact and coordinate with foreign customers
• Process inquiries and orders with accuracy
• Work closely with planning, logistics, and QC department to ensure that orders are processed on time and fulfil customer requirements
• Contact customers and follow-up to confirm orders & shipments
• Prepare all related documents for each order
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs

• Age 23 years and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good communications skills both spoken and written in English.
• 2-3 years experiences in positions and coordination in Import-Export.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, Well-Organized, Self-Initiated and good coordination skill.
• Have analytical skills human relations negotiation and strong communication and good at problem solving.
• Base skill in Excel and Word.
