Responsibilities
-จัดทำเป้าหมาย แผนกลยุทธ์การขาย สร้างกลุ่มลูกค้าและทำการตลาดด้านเครื่องมือเวชภัณฑ์จักษุแพทย์
-บริหารจัดการงานแผนก ควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
-แก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการต่างๆ
-สร้างระบบการทำงานที่มีแบบแผน และการวัดผลที่ชัดเจนในการปฏิบัติงาน
-รายงานผลแก่ผู้บริหารสม่ำเสมอ
-เคารพและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบบริษัท
Qualifications
อายุ 30-45 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์,การตลาด ,บริหารธุรกิจ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 -10 ปี ในตลาดด้านเครื่องมือเวชภัณฑ์จักษุแพทย์
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง เคารพกฎระเบียบบริษัท
มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการงาน บุคลิกภาพดี อดทน มีไหวพริบดี
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และ MS Excel, Work, Power Point
