Job Description

• Provide professional service to support our client’s for application-related problems.
• Analyst issues and able to provide suggestion to help our clients
• Co-ordinate with development team both Thai and other country to digest issues
• Testing application enhancements and co-ordination of user testing.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation plan and user acceptant test (UAT)
• Perform issues tracking and follow up

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  
• Good communication, Coordination, and organization skills.
  
• Problem solving, analytical skill, and ability to work within a team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and service mind
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Experience on application or client support is preferable
• Experience in Stock Trading, Financial or related field would be advantaged
• Experience in basic technical knowledge in Relational Database would be advantaged
