 Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted financial partner

• Understand clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and investment needs to provide suitable recommendations

• Achieve sales targets through needs-based advisory and effective promotion of investment products.

• Provide ongoing portfolio reviews and investment advice to enhance client outcomes

• Identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow assets under management (AUM)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management / Affluent / HNW client segment

• Proven track record in client relationship management, client base expansion, and AUM growth

• Strong ability to build deep relationships and trust with clients

• Possess an advisory mindset with well-rounded investment knowledge

• Candidates with an existing client base and the ability to demonstrate client portability will be given special consideration

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence

• Growth mindset with readiness to grow alongside a new-generation Wealth Management business

• Holding an IC License or other relevant investment-related licenses is preferred
