Sourcing officer (Chinese speaking) - Thai Nippon Seiki Co., Ltd.

1.Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and reliability.

2.Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, lead time, and payment terms.

3.Research and source new materials, components, or services to meet company requirements.

4.Support localization and alternative sourcing projects to reduce dependency on single suppliers.

5.Analyze total cost of ownership and contribute to cost reduction initiatives.

6.Participate in supplier qualification and approval processes in collaboration with the QA/QC team.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

2.2–5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement — preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or trading industries.

3.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) for supplier communication, and good command of English for reporting and coordination. (Chinese language certification: HSK Level 4 or above / BTC Level B or above)

4.Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis.

5.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
