Responsibilities
(PM Department)
1.Develop, maintain, and enhance the MES (TAPICS) to support Smart Factory initiatives and digital manufacturing operations.
1.Develop, maintain, and enhance the MES (TAPICS) to support Smart Factory initiatives and digital manufacturing operations.
2.Integrate the MES (TAPICS) with production machines, automation systems, and AI vision technologies.
3.Manage and analyze real-time production data to support operational analysis and data-driven decision-making.
4.Provide system support and troubleshooting in live production environments to ensure system stability and continuity.
5.Continuously improve and optimize to enhance manufacturing intelligence, efficiency, and overall system performance.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2.Proficient in ASP.NET and VB.NET development.
3.Able to develop and support both web-based and Windows-based applications.
4.Capable of working independently in a multi-skilled role, handling requirement gathering, coding, and database management independent.
5.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, especially in production environments.
6.Willing to provide system support outside normal working hours when required.
7.Knowledge or experience in image vision or AI vision technologies (e.g., YOLO, TensorFlow) is a strong advantage.
