ผู้จัดการฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT Manager) - Digital Focus Co.,Ltd

IT Manager จะเป็นผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีของบริษัท รับผิดชอบตั้งแต่การวางสถาปัตยกรรมของแพลตฟอร์ม SaaS การบริหารทีมพัฒนา การดูแลระบบ Cloud และความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ ไปจนถึงการนำ AI tools มาปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร

The IT Manager leads technology at DGF — from architecting our SaaS platform and managing the development team, to running our cloud environment and information security, and driving AI-tool adoption across business processes.

1. การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม SaaS และการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ / SaaS Platform & Device Integration

•     วางแผนและกำหนดสถาปัตยกรรมซอฟต์แวร์แบบ multi-tenant SaaS สำหรับควบคุมอุปกรณ์ CCTV, Car Parking, Access Control และ GPS Tracking

•     Define the multi-tenant SaaS architecture for controlling CCTV, car parking, access control and GPS tracking devices.

•     กำหนดมาตรฐานการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ (ONVIF, RTSP, RS-485, MQTT, Modbus, SDK ของผู้ผลิต) และการทำ API integration เข้ากับระบบงานของลูกค้า เช่น ERP, HR, Visitor Management

•     Set device integration standards (ONVIF, RTSP, RS-485, MQTT, Modbus, vendor SDKs) and API integration with customer systems such as ERP, HR and visitor management.

•     จัดทำ product roadmap ร่วมกับฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายบริการ พร้อมจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานพัฒนา

•     Own the product roadmap together with sales and service teams, and prioritise the development backlog.

2. การบริหารจัดการระบบบน Cloud / Cloud Application Management

•     ออกแบบ ดูแล และควบคุมต้นทุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานบน Cloud ให้รองรับการขยายตัวของจำนวนอุปกรณ์และลูกค้า

•     Design, operate and cost-optimise cloud infrastructure  to scale with device and customer growth.

•     วางระบบ CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), monitoring และ log management รวมถึงแผน backup และ disaster recovery

•     Establish CI/CD, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), monitoring, log management, backup and disaster recovery.

•     กำหนดและติดตาม SLA / uptime ของบริการที่ส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า

•     Define and track service SLAs and uptime commitments to customers.

3. IT Security และ Infrastructure

•     วางนโยบายความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ การควบคุมสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง การเข้ารหัสข้อมูล และการบริหารช่องโหว่

•     Set information security policy, access control, data encryption and vulnerability management.

•     ดูแลระบบเครือข่ายและอุปกรณ์ภายในองค์กร รวมถึงการรับมือเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติด้านความปลอดภัย (Incident Response)

•     Manage corporate network and endpoints, including security incident response.

•     ดูแลให้การจัดเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลเป็นไปตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) รวมทั้งข้อมูลภาพจากกล้องและข้อมูลตำแหน่งยานพาหนะ

•     Ensure data handling complies with Thailand’s PDPA, particularly for video footage and vehicle location data.

4. การนำ AI มาใช้ในองค์กร / AI Adoption

•     ประเมินและนำ AI tools มาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการทำงาน เช่น งานบริการลูกค้า งานเอกสาร งานขาย และการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์

•     Evaluate and deploy AI tools to improve business processes such as customer service, documentation, sales and software development.

•     กำหนดแนวปฏิบัติการใช้งาน AI อย่างปลอดภัย และอบรมพนักงานให้ใช้เครื่องมือได้จริง

•     Define safe AI usage guidelines and train staff to use these tools effectively.

5. การบริหารทีมและงบประมาณ / Team & Budget Management

•     บริหารทีม IT/Developer ตั้งแต่การสรรหา การมอบหมายงาน การพัฒนาศักยภาพ และการประเมินผล

•     Recruit, assign, develop and evaluate the IT and development team.

•     บริหารงบประมาณด้าน IT และคัดเลือกผู้จำหน่ายเทคโนโลยี (vendor management)

•     Manage the IT budget and technology vendor selection.

•     ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

•     Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.

•     ประสบการณ์ด้าน IT/Software อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี พร้อมอ้างอิงผลงานที่ตรวจสอบได้

•     Minimum 7 years in IT/software with 2+ years managing a team, with verifiable track record.

•     เคยผ่านการพัฒนาหรือดูแลระบบ SaaS / Web Application ที่ใช้งานจริงในระดับ production

•     Hands-on experience delivering or operating production SaaS or web applications.

•     เข้าใจงานสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ ฐานข้อมูล API และการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ IoT หรือ Hardware

•     Solid grasp of system architecture, databases, APIs and IoT/hardware integration.

•     มีความรู้ด้าน Cloud (AWS/Azure/อื่นๆ), Network และ IT Security ในระดับที่ตัดสินใจเชิงเทคนิคได้

•     Cloud (AWS/Azure/Other), networking and IT security knowledge sufficient to make architectural decisions.

•     ใช้ AI tools ในการทำงานได้จริง และสามารถถ่ายทอดให้ทีมนำไปใช้ต่อได้

•     Practical user of AI tools, able to coach the team on adoption.

•     สื่อสารกับทั้งทีมเทคนิคและฝ่ายธุรกิจได้ดี อ่านเอกสารทางเทคนิคภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่อง

Communicates well with both technical and business stakeholders; comfortable reading English technical documentation.
