Responsibilities
- Interpret conversations between Japanese and local employees during meetings, discussions, and daily operations
- Translate documents, emails, reports, and other business materials (Japanese ⇄ English/Thai)
- Support communication between management and staff to ensure mutual understanding
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and company events as an interpreter
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Linguistics, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 or above)
- Good command of English
- Proven experience as an interpreter or translator is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
