Responsibilities
- Procure electrical and mechanical parts according to production plans
- Control delivery of parts from new model startup, mass production, through to end-of-life phases
- Issue purchase orders (PO) and manage payment control based on agreed terms
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers for selection and cost control
- Manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) documentation related to purchased parts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 0-6 years of experience in purchasing; new graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain fundamentals
- Previous experience in purchasing electrical or mechanical parts is a plus
- English communication skills are a plus
