Responsibilities
- Develop and program PCB assembly processes for Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
- Analyze PCB assembly processes to identify issues and improve performance.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives for PCB assembly processes to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering
2. Basic programming skills in PLC
3. Ability to read and analyze electrical circuit diagrams
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
5. Good communication and teamwork abilities
