Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve product quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and maintain monthly quality reports.
- Control and manage the department’s quality records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide quality consultation and support to relevant teams.

Qualifications
