Responsibilities
1. Domestic and Oversea suppliers' delivery control (Mechanic/Electronic part)
Manage and coordinate delivery schedules with both domestic and international supplier to ensure timely supply of mechanical parts in accordance with production plans and customer requirements. Monitor supplier performance, shipment status and inventory levels while proactively resolving delivery issues, delays, and supply chain risks. Collaborate closely with purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations and improve supplier delivery efficiency.
2. ECN
Control and coordinate engineering change notice processes to ensure all design changes specifications and documentation updates are accuracy
3. Payment control
Oversee payment control processes relate to suppliers and procurement activities, ensuring accurate documentation, invoice verification, and timely payment processing in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with other department to resolve payment discrepancies. maintain good supplier relationships, and support smooth business operation
4. Supporting other purchasing related activities.
Qualifications
Age: 28-38 years
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
GPA must be at least 2.50
Good command in both written and speaking English (Proficiency level)
over 5 years of experiences in mechanic or electric parts buyer
Good communication skill
