Responsibilities
- Promote activities to improve compliance awareness.
- Monitor the enactment, revision, or abolition of laws and regulations
- Review contract by the deadline.
- Investigate legal technology (contract management system, electronic signature and AI).
- Support to manage personal data and trade secret data.
- Support various activities (Audit, Training, data management, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal role; law firm coordination preferred
- Strong knowledge of business laws (civil, commercial, labor, tax, PDPA), corporate governance, and RBA
- Advanced MS Office; knowledge of IT security, cloud, e-signature (database/VB macro is a plus)
- Able to assess risks and provide legal/business advice
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good English required; Japanese is a plus
- Lawyer license preferred
