Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, environmental laws, and company standards; lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee Environmental Management System (EMS), including air, wastewater, waste, chemical, and pollution control
- Lead internal/external audits and environmental impact assessments; drive corrective and preventive actions
- Manage CSR and environmental programs; strengthen stakeholder communication and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in environmental management
- Legally certified in Chemical Management, Industrial & Hazardous Waste, Wastewater, and Air Pollution Control
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and environmental regulations
- Experience in EMS and pollution control systems
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
