Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair for air-conditioning systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance for fire protection systems (pre-action valve, hydrant pump)
- Support daily maintenance tasks and internal service requests
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure system reliability
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or building system
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good command in English
