Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance and repair activities for air-conditioning systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance for fire protection systems, including pre-action valves and hydrant pumps.
- Support daily maintenance tasks and fulfill internal service requests.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 2.50
- 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or building systems
- Strong problem-solving and technical abilities
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
