Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage payroll processing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Control and administer Provident Fund and employee welfare fund activities
- Manage domestic business travel (BT) expenses control and administration
- Lead HRMS system functions, including preparation, implementation, and ongoing management
- Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in HR operations or HRM functions
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR systems (HRMS)
- Experience in Provident Fund and employee welfare administration
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and manage HR processes efficiently
