Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Control and administer Provident Fund and employee welfare fund activities.
- Administer domestic business travel (BT) expenses and control processes.
- Lead HRMS system functions, including preparation, implementation, and ongoing management.
- Ensure HR operations adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in HR operations or Human Resources Management (HRM) functions
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR systems (HRMS)
- Experience in Provident Fund and employee welfare administration
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and manage HR processes efficiently
