Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Collaborate with related managers to define job requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Support various HR administrative tasks, such as new employee orientation.
- Manage and organize HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate job fairs and university relations activities.
- Administer internship programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English for communication
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for documentation
- Ability to manage tasks effectively under deadlines
- Experience with recruitment platforms is a plus.
