Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare employee training programs, covering both technical and professional skills
- Support the development and implementation of various human resource development projects
- Assist in organizing activities for employee skill assessment and evaluation
- Maintain and manage employee training and development records
- Compile data and prepare reports related to HRD activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- 0-4 years of HRD experience; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work effectively in a team and eager to learn new things
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
