Responsibilities
- Oversee labor management functions, including administering company rules and regulations, managing the attendance control system, handling disciplinary actions, monitoring employee satisfaction, and conducting new employee orientation.
- Manage recruitment processes for operator and staff-level positions.
- Coordinate employment programs for person with disabilities.
- Administer employee evaluation, assessment, and promotion operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of Labor Law.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good command of English for communication.
