HR Supervisor (Recruitment & Labor Relation) - Canon Hi-Tech (Thailand) Ltd.

In this Human Resource Supervisor role, you will oversee comprehensive labor management functions, including the administration of company rules and regulations, managing the attendance control system, and handling disciplinary actions to ensure a fair and productive workplace. You will also be responsible for monitoring employee satisfaction and conducting new employee orientations, fostering a positive start for new hires. A key part of your responsibilities will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both operator and staff-level positions, as well as coordinating employment programs for persons with disabilities. Furthermore, you will administer employee evaluation, assessment, and promotion operations, contributing to talent development within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of Labor Law and extensive experience in human resources practices.
