Responsibilities
Position 1: Quality Control
- Oversee quality control processes within the manufacturing department.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective or improvement solutions.
- Monitor and track Quality Index performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality.
Position 2: Product Quality
- Analyze, monitor, and resolve issues in production processes and inspection.
- Prepare Quality reports, problem reports, and solution reports for internal use and market feedback.
- Develop and maintain instructions for production and inspection.
Position 3: Part Quality
- Support the startup of new mechanical parts models.
- Maintain standard mechanical control procedures.
- Provide support for part quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 2.50
- New graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome
- Experience with quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, and Fishbone Diagram
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
