Responsibilities
Position 1
1. Coordinate new mold and die activities with suppliers.
2. Establish and optimize injection molding conditions for new parts.
3. Implement cost reduction activities for tools and dies.
4. Follow up and resolve tooling issues with suppliers during new model development.
Position 2
1. Analyze product issues for New Model and Mass Production (MP).
2. Drive product cost reduction activities.
3. Prepare and maintain quality reports.
4. Propose and implement quality and process improvements.
5. Coordinate and participate in meetings with Japan members regarding quality, cost reduction, and improvement activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Tool & Die Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 2.50
- New graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience are welcome
- Understanding of plastic injection molding and mold structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese
