Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system and network performance to ensure stable operations.
- Configure and install computers, software, and IT equipment.
- Manage and control IT assets.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to end users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Cisco network configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with Zabbix monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and IT infrastructure support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
