Responsibilities
1. ดำเนินงานดูแล และป้องกันเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตแคนนิ่ง ให้สามารถดำเนินการผลิตได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
2. ดำเนินการซ่อม เมื่อได้รับแจ้งซ่อมทั่วไปจากหน่วยงานอื่น และซ่อมจากการตรวจพบเอง ตลอดจนวางแผนซ่อมก่อนล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
3. ดูแลเกี่ยวกับการ Overhaul เพื่อให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้
4. ดำเนินงานการปรับแต่งเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิตแคนนิ่ง สามารถทำงานได้ตามที่ฝ่ายการผลิตกำหนด
5. สรุปผล/รายงานการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิตแคนนิ่ง ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งานเสมอ และสามารถดำเนินการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
6. ให้คำปรึกษา/แนะนำร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนา ปรับปรุง ขั้นตอน และกระบวนการทำงานต่าง ๆ ของเครื่องจักรในการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
7. ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมบำรุงเครื่อง Seamer รวมถึงเครื่องจักรสนับสนุนอื่นๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งาน.
8. ปรับตั้งเครื่องให้ได้มาตรฐานที่กำหนด โดยเฉพาะค่า Double Seam เพื่อให้การปิดผนึกมีความสมบูรณ์
9. ปฏิบัติงานตามหลัก GMP/HACCP และกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
Qualifications
1.การศึกษาระดับปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้า/ช่างเชื่อม/เครื่องกล สาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านSeamer ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านซ่อมเครื่อง ปรับแต่งและแก้ไขเครื่อง Seamer ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3.มีความรู้ความชำนาญในการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร การปรับตั้งค่า และความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตด้านอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม หรือผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ที่ต้องมีการปิดผนึก
4.มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดและรอบคอบ ขยัน อดทน
5.สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานที่ต่างประเทศได้
6.สามารถสื่อสารและนำเสนอแนวคิดได้อย่างชัดเจน
7.สามารถวางแผนและดำเนินการตามแผนงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

THAI COCONUT Public Company Limited is a manufacturer who produce products from coconut, which we transformed to various items such as canned coconut milk, pasteurized coconut milk, canned coconut juice / water, pasteurized coconut water, desiccated coconut and ready meals.
