Responsibilities

1. บทบาทเกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย
    1.1 ควบคุมสินค้าของบริษัทให้มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดกฏหมายอาหาร
    1.2 กำหนดประชุมเพื่อ Update กฏหมายให้กับฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และจัดประชุมให้กับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. บทบาทเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย
    2.1 ควบคุมสินค้าของบริษัทให้มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดกฏหมายอาหาร
    2.2 ควบคุมดูแลงานเกี่ยวกับ Food Fruad ,Kosher ,Halal
    2.3 รับผิดชอบดูแลอุปกรณ์ , เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง,พื้นที่การทำงานตามระบบของโรงงาน เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
3. บทบาทเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพ
    3.1 วางแผน และควบคุมงานการ filling USFDA,FDA และตรวจฉลากสินค้า
    3.2 มีส่วมร่วมในกิจกรรมบริหารความเสี่ยงของบริษัทฯ และงานระบบคุณภาพต่างๆของบริษัทฯ
    3.3. กำหนดงานด้านเอกสารและข้อมูลจัดทำเปลี่ยนแปลง ,จัดเก็บ ,ตรวจสอบ ขึ้นทะเบียนเอกสารกฏหมายให้มีความสอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดระบบคุณภาพกฎหมาย ความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
4. บทบาทเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
    4.1 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
5. บทบาทเกี่ยวกับ Integrity
    5.1 ต้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการต่อต้านคอร์รัปชั่น
    5.2 ควบคุม, ดูแล, ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของ ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด

Qualifications

1.การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตอาหาร อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอาหารสัตว์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3.มีความรู้เรื่อง Food Additive , Food Ingredient , Food Regulation
4.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ รวมถึงการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์
5.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (ทั้งเขียนและพูด)
6.มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ด้านโปรแกรม Excel, Word, Power Point
7.สามารถวางแผนและดำเนินการตามแผนงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
8.มีภาวะผู้นำ มีวิสัยทัศน์ มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มีความซื่อสัตย์, มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ที่ดี
9.สามารถติดต่อและประสานงานกับบุคคลภายในและภายนอกได้เป็นอย่างดี, มีความสามารถในการโน้มน้าว และการประสานงาน

THAI COCONUT Public Company Limited is a manufacturer who produce products from coconut, which we transformed to various items such as canned coconut milk, pasteurized coconut milk, canned coconut juice / water, pasteurized coconut water, desiccated coconut and ready meals. Products from our factory is under company brand Of Thai Coco and Cocoburi. More over, we also produce products under the customer’s brand.

Apart from supporting consumer products, we produce for industrial group such as coconut milk, coconut juice etc. filled in aseptic bag, and produce fruit preparation for ice cream, yogurt, bakery factory and produce coconut milk, coconut juice and others fruit juice packaged by Hygienic UHT System.

since we have started business, we continuously grow each year. Our factory is located in Ratchaburi province on 156,800 Square metres, more than 700 employees, together with automatic machine, capacity 4,800 tons per month, registered capital 250,000,000 Thai baht, 100% Thai’s shareholder. Our brand is sold to domestic and international markets, most of them we produced for Export. We export to USA., Europe, Oceania, Middle East and Asia. The Export value is over 85% of our total revenues.

5. บทบาทเกี่ยวกับ Integrity

Qualifications
1.การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตอาหาร อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอาหารสัตว์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3.มีความรู้เรื่อง Food Additive , Food Ingredient , Food Regulation
