Responsibilities

1. Customer Complaint Management

    - รับข้อร้องเรียนด้านคุณภาพจากลูกค้า (Quality Issues / Non-conformity)

    - รวบรวมข้อมูลหลักฐานภาพถ่าย ล็อตผลิต วันที่ผลิต และรายละเอียดปัญหา

    - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต / QA / QC เพื่อสืบหาสาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause)

    - ติดตามผลการดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกัน (Corrective & Preventive Action: CAPA)


2. Product Quality Support

   - ตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับสเปกสินค้า วิธีเก็บรักษา อายุสินค้า หรือข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพ

   - สนับสนุนข้อมูล Product Specification, COA, Micro result ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ

   - รวบรวมและจัดเก็บเอกสารด้านคุณภาพของสินค้า


3. Quality Audit & Customer Visit

   - ประสานงานและเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจประเมินโรงงานจากลูกค้า

   - นำเสนอข้อมูลคุณภาพสินค้าและข้อควบคุมสำคัญให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจ

   - ร่วมทีมตอบคำถามด้านระบบคุณภาพ เช่น GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, HALAL


4. Internal Improvement

   - สรุปรายงานปัญหาคุณภาพรายเดือน/รายไตรมาส (Customer Complaint Summary)

   - วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มปัญหา (Trend Analysis) เพื่อเสนอการป้องกัน

   - ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต/วิศวกรรม/คลังสินค้า เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการลดปัญหา Customer Complaint

   - ดูแลและปรับปรุงเอกสาร QA เช่น WI, Form, SOP ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า


Qualifications

1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารเทคโนโลยชีวภาพ วิศวกรรมการอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตอบข้อร้องเรียนในเชิงคุณภาพในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารอย่างน้อย  2 ปี
3. มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ/ภาษาจีน อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) ผล TOEIC คะแนนมากกว่า 650 ขึ้นไป, HSK ระดับ 5-6
4. มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Power Point
5. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายความปลอดภัย
6. มีทักษะในการติดต่อ สื่อสาร ประสานงานที่ดี
7. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและทำงานในสภาวะที่กดดัน

THAI COCONUT Public Company Limited is a manufacturer who produce products from coconut, which we transformed to various items such as canned coconut milk, pasteurized coconut milk, canned coconut juice / water, pasteurized coconut water, desiccated coconut and ready meals. Products from our factory is under company brand Of Thai Coco and Cocoburi. More over, we also produce products under the customer’s brand.

Apart from supporting consumer products, we produce for industrial group such as coconut milk, coconut juice etc. filled in aseptic bag, and produce fruit preparation for ice cream, yogurt, bakery factory and produce coconut milk, coconut juice and others fruit juice packaged by Hygienic UHT System.

since we have started business, we continuously grow each year. Our factory is located in Ratchaburi province on 156,800 Square metres, more than 700 employees, together with automatic machine, capacity 4,800 tons per month, registered capital 250,000,000 Thai baht, 100% Thai’s shareholder. Our brand is sold to domestic and international markets, most of them we produced for Export. We export to USA., Europe, Oceania, Middle East and Asia. The Export value is over 85% of our total revenues.
