Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้างอย่างใกล้ชิด ภายใต้การดูแลของวิศวกร
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัสดุก่อสร้างตามคำสั่งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- รวบรวม Shop Drawings และ As-Built Drawings จากผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้าง เพื่อนำเสนอขออนุมัติต่อวิศวกรและผู้จัดการโครงการ
- จัดทำบัญชีวัสดุ จำนวนแรงงาน บุคลากร เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างอื่น ๆ ที่ผู้รับจ้างใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง
- จัดเตรียมสถิติข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับการก่อสร้างโครงการตามคำสั่งของวิศวกร
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานก่อสร้างอาคารสูง, โรงแรม, ห้างสรรพสินค้า หรือโครงการภาครัฐ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (ภาคี, สามัญ, วุฒิ) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Revit จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจเชิงลึกในการทำงานของ BIM จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
