Responsibilities
- กำหนดทิศทางและกลยุทธ์ทางการเงินขององค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
- บริหารจัดการและกำกับดูแลการวางแผนทางการเงิน การจัดทำงบประมาณ และการพยากรณ์ทางการเงิน
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน การบัญชี และการปิดงบประจำปี
- ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายนอกและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- บริหารสภาพคล่องทางการเงิน การจัดการเงินทุนหมุนเวียน และการจัดหาเงินทุนของบริษัท
- วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงินและนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงลึกต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- พัฒนาและธำรงรักษาระบบการควบคุมภายในให้มีประสิทธิภาพและรัดกุม
- นำและพัฒนาทีมงานฝ่ายการเงินและการบัญชีให้มีศักยภาพ
- ประเมินและบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงทางการเงินขององค์กร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการเงิน การบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินและการบัญชีรวม 10 ปีขึ้นไป โดยอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับผู้บริหาร
- มีความเข้าใจเชิงลึกในมาตรฐานการบัญชีไทย (TFRS) และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณ การวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน และการจัดทำรายงาน
- ทักษะการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และการตัดสินใจภายใต้ข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อน
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและนำเสนอข้อมูลทางการเงินแก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- หากมีคุณวุฒิผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต (CPA) หรือปริญญาโทด้านการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
