Responsibilities
- Perform buying duties when necessary
- Review Requisition Orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications
- Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
- Negotiate with overseas suppliers relative to pricing, lead time, quality and other supply chain factors
- Handle purchasing process and ensure on-time delivery
- Follow up and verify all the related shipping documents from overseas suppliers
- Negotiate with supplier in purchasing term and condition.
- Coordinate with the shipping agent.
Qualifications
- Good command of English, Mandarin or Japanese in both of speaking and writing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistic Management or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Japanese
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Purchasing (local and oversea)
- Strong skill in computer.
- Age between 25 - 35 years old
