Responsibilities
1. Monitor and handle quality issues form customers and outsourced processes, including root cause analysis and preparation of corrective action report.
2. Coordinate with Production, QC, Technical, and related departments to resolve quality problems.
3. Prepare and follow up quality related documents such as 8D reports, NCR, CAR.PAR, and others quality documents.
4. Support Internal Audits, Customer Audits, and Supplier Audits.
5. Analyze quality data such as claims, defects, scarp, and customer complaints, and prepare summary reports.
6. Follow up corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
7. Support quality managements systems including ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO 14001 as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a major in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in QA, QC, or Quality Systems within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with problem-solving tools such as 5Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and QC 7 tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a good level.
- Experience in the Aluminum Industry or knowledge of IATF16949 is a plus.
