Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Verify and process purchase receipts (Good Receipt Purchase) accurately in the system.
- Record and monitor shipping expense costs in accordance with company accounting procedures.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) transactions related to shipping and logistics expenses.
- Prepare and verify VAT 7% documentation and ensure tax compliance.
- Prepare information and supporting documents for scrap sales transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
- Support accounting closing and reporting activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Female, Age 23 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance
- Basic knowledge of AP, AR, and VAT
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Good communication and teamwork skills
