Deputy General Manager Marketing - Processing Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

DECRIPTION OF DUTIES : 

Create strategic plans to increase department productivity by forge new business partnerships to look for development and growth prospects. Review and enhance organizational effectiveness through designing processes always up to date and provide direction and comments to employees to help them improve their knowledge and skills in areas that need improving.

Develop, execute, and budget results analysis, as well as market demand up to date by allocation strategies to ensure activities are completed on time

EXPERIENCE OR SPECIFIC ABILITY WORK :

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Management, Strategic Development, Sales, particularly in the automotive industry  or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required 
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute tasks with attention to details
• Creativity and innovation with inspire by show potential of good the leadership
• Must be qualification to corporate strategy, business development and expansion, or other financial related positions, Ability in area of Financial and Business analysis. Strong market analysis and research skills with fully understanding market trends and customer behavior, Corporate strategy plan, financial budgeting.
• MUST Proficiency in English (  TOEIC  Score   650  up )  and willingness to travel internationally
