Responsibilities
1. รับผิดชอบการจ่ายเงิน จัดทำและติดตามเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และทันเวลา
- จัดเตรียมเช็ค/รายการโอนเงิน พร้อมทั้งบันทึกเลขที่ใบสำคัญจ่ายและรายการเช็คในทะเบียนคุมเช็ค
- ตรวจสอบเช็ค/โอนเงิน และใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็ค/โอนเงิน กับใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ดำเนินการบันทึกรายการผ่านเช็ครับและเช็คจ่ายในระบบบัญชีของบริษัท
2. จัดทำรายการและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกรรมด้านการเงินได้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และทันเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารรายวันและรายเดือน
- จัดทำประมาณการรายรับ-รายจ่ายของบริษัทประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบและทำรายงานยอดคงเหลือของภาระ L/C, T/R, FORWARD CONTRACT และหนังสือค้ำประกัน ประจำเดือน
- ดำเนินการขอให้ทางธนาคารออกหนังสือค้ำประกันต่างๆ ให้แก่บริษัท
- ดำเนินการเรื่องธุรกรรมการเปิด L/C , T/R, T/T และเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดำเนินการจัดทำ ตรวจสอบ เอกสารการขอเปิดวงเงินและเครดิตเทอมของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย / หญิง อายุ 22 – 30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน/บัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณด้านการเงิน/บัญชี 0-3 ปี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
- สามารถใช้ Computer อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านการเงิน/บัญชี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน และอดทน
